Gia Hudak

Gia is a patent agent registered at the USPTO who received a B.S. in chemical engineering from the University of Akron in 1996. She brings a diverse experience with her having worked in a of variety industries. Gia worked in research and development in the soap and hand cream industry gaining experience in both formulating and quality assurance. She also worked as a process engineer at a technical center for a paint manufacturer. Here, she acquired experience formulating latex paints making them more cost effective and worked on process improvements in manufacturing. Finally, she was part of technical management for a rubber manufacturer specializing in automotive floormats. Gia formulated new compounds, supervised testing and scale-up, assisted with production issues in the plant and acquired an ISO certification for the company.
